TOT’S CLASS
From ages 2+. This is a parent and toddler class, with the parent’s taking their toddler around the different apparatus. There is a structured warm-up, dance and guidance from a qualified coach throughout. These classes are themed monthly (e.g. Superheroes).
RECREATIONAL
From school year Reception upwards for boys and girls. These are 1 hour per week classes with the motto ‘Gymnastic for all’. This means all abilities are welcome and it is just for fun!
SPORT’S ACROBATICS
Acrobatic Gymnastics is equal parts, performance and partnership. Boys and girls perform in pairs, trios or groups in balance, dynamic or tempo in combined routines. We have 1 hour a week recreational Acrobatics (just for fun) and competitive squads. Please arrange a trial with Natacha for a place in the Acrobatics squad.
CLASSES FOR HOME-EDUCATED CHILDREN
These classes are run specially for children who are home-schooled, alongside other home-schooled children. This is taught at a recreational level which is a great way for the children to experience physical education.
TEEN GYM
These are 2 hour recreational classes designed especially for high-school students. This incorporates social aspects with Gymnastics. We aim to improve the gymnast’s flexibility, strength, coordination and stamina.
