Wasing Pumpkin Patch &  Half Term Trail 2024 Review

What makes Wasing’s pumpkin event extra special for me is the setting. Your visit begins with a walk through the woodland which is currently putting on a stunning show of autumn colours.

Along the walk there are plenty of decorations to see and places to stop and take some family photos. The trail has an enchanted feel with a fairy garden, wishing well and giant mushrooms to play beneath. And it all ends with the show stopping moment of the giant fairy tale pumpkin carriage which you can even climb inside!
After this we followed the trail through the corn field, with spooky houses and giant corn to spot along the way, before heading into the pumpkin field to pick our pumpkins. There was a great range of sizes here and plenty to choose from.
After all the walking and pumpkin picking the refreshments teepee, festooned with lights, is a welcome sight – and here you can sit down and enjoy a hot drink, cakes, crepes or even a Halloween themed pizza!

🍂 Wasing is a lovely autumnal day out. Over all our visit lasted a couple of hours and we felt like the trail length was ideal for little legs
