Easter Egg Hunts and Trails in Berkshire 2024
23 March - 14 April
With some hopefully sunny weather, there’s nothing quite like an Easter egg hunt or Easter trail to keep the little ones on the move and having some fun. There are lots of Easter trails happening in Berkshire this year. Check out the Berkshire Easter what’s on guide for a lots of great activities and events in Berkshire over the Easter holidays.
Easter trail at Stonor Park Tumblestone Hollow (Stonor, near Henley) 29th March – 14th April
Tumblestone Hollow’s popular Easter Trail returns to the magical woodland play area at Stonor Park near Henley-on-Thames this Easter, alongside a new nature walk to help young adventurers make plenty of ‘hoppy’ memories during the school holiday.
Binfield Easter Egg Hunt (Binfield) 29th March – 5th April
Maps are just £3 and with coffee shops, playgrounds and a fantastic pub on the route, this is a great fundraising Easter egg hunt for the holidays.
Easter egg hunt at Cliveden (Taplow, South Bucks) 29th March – 14th April
Make your way along the trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family. Explore the beautiful gardens at Cliveden.
Easter egg hunt at Basildon Park (lower Basildon, near Reading) 23rd March – 14th April
To celebrate two decades of filmmaking at Basildon Park, experience ten film and cinema themed game and activity stations. Wheelbarrow race to get the props to set, bean bag toss to the giant popcorn buckets and hopscotch the Hollywood walk of fame!
Egg Hunts at Bucklebury Farm (Bucklebury) 29th – 31st March
The Easter event at Bucklebury Farm will include an egg hunt on Easter weekend. £5 plus farm admission ticket
Mega egg hunt at Wellington Country Park (near Reading) 31st March
Get ready to crack some clues! Once you’ve found all the eggs, head over to see the Easter Bunny and his friends between friends in the Adventure Room.
Dinton Pastures Easter Trail (near Wokingham / Reading) 29th March – 12th April
Join in for a fun-filled adventure as you search for hidden eggs along a 2km trail.
Bunny Trail at Shaw House (Newbury) 13th April
Explore Shaw House and follow the clues to find all the bunnies hidden around the historic rooms. Themed crafts will also be available in our Activity Room. Suitable for ages 4-8 years with £1 suggested donation.
The Great Newbury Easter Egg Hunt (Newbury) 29th March – 14th April FREE
Giant Easter eggs will be dotted around town, and families can write down the name of the animal they see on each egg. Finding all the eggs will enter families into a prize draw for a range of prizes.
Easter Trail with the Easter Bunny at Roves Farm (Sevenhampton) 29th March – 1st April
A highlight of an Easter visit to Roves Farm has to be their brilliant Easter bunny. For the Easter bank holiday weekend they will have an Easter trail and lots of great fun activities on the farm.
Woodley Egg Trail (Woodley) 31st March – 3rd April
An ‘egg-citing’ trail around the Woodley Airfield of Easter themed displays for all the family to enjoy, run by Woodley CofE PTA. Walk, run, scoot or cycle around the area looking for our egg-cellent scenes!!
Easter trail at Foxglove Farm (Inkpen, Hungerford) 6th – 7th April
Lots of fun happening at Foxglove Farm for a special lambing weekend. There will be extra activities including an Countryside Hunt for children, carriage rides, ponies to groom, baby chick to hold and more.
Dinosaur Easter Trail at Black Park (Wexham) 8th – 12th April
Collect your map and quiz sheet from the Visitor Centre and see if you can find all the dinosaur figures and giant wooden eggs hidden in the woods! It’s going to be ROARsome!
They also have SEN sessions with reduced attendees suitable for children with special educational needs & disabilities. 9th – 11th
