Baby & Toddler Groups in and around Stroud

Monday

Sheepscombe Baby and Toddler Group – friendly baby and toddler group led by mums/carers. The  group meets 9.30am – 11.00am (term time only) at Sheepscombe Village Hall on Mondays for activity, snack, free play etc. They work on a week-by-week drop-in basis. £2.50 for the first child, each additional child £1.00. Coffee & Kids – at Stroud Baptist Church Hall In Union Street, (opposite the Farmers’ Market). All babies and toddlers welcome, with their parents or carers.  The group runs from 10am – 11:45. Soft drinks and biscuits provided as well as a play area, crafts and story time.  (Stroud)

Tuesday

Eastcombe Toddlers – friendly local playgroup for babies, toddlers and parents, run by parents. We meet every Tuesday morning 10:00 – 11:30 at Eastcombe village hall. £1.50 per family, includes snacks & drink for children, drink & biscuit for grown ups! (Bussage)

Amberley Playgroup Toddler Tuesdays – the playgroup staff  run a toddler session open to any children aged 0-5 and their carers. This is a drop in session on a Tuesday morning running from 9:30am until 11:30am and provides a great place for fun, and friendships, both for the children and carers.  Amberley Parish rooms GL5 5JG ( term time only ) Adult plus a child under 1 year old -£2.00 Adult plus child over 1-£4.00 Extra child over 1 -additional £1.00. Includes refreshments for adults and children (Amberley near Stroud)

Top of Town Tots – are a stay and play for parents with children 0-5 years, open Tuesday and Friday mornings 9.30 – 11am.  They have a large recently refurbished room, indoors there are crafts, and play dough as well as a home corner and soft area for newborns and young babies. The stay and play baby & toddler group also have a fantastic outdoor area, where the children can play on ride on toys or in the play house and sand pit. There is also a large covered area, enabling outdoor play in all weathers. (Stroud)

Wednesday

Hilltots Toddler Group – friendly baby and toddler group. Runs every Wednesday morning 10 – 11.30am, France Lynch Church Rooms. (Chalford)

The Friendly Fox Stay & Play – every Wednesday 10:00-11:30  £3 per family, plus 3 free spaces per week for families in need. The Octagon, Farmhill Ln, Paganhill, Stroud GL5 4BX

Thursday

Rodborough Toddler Group –  a super friendly hang out for those with toddlers or babies. Mums, dads, grandparents, carers, childminders – all welcome! £2 per family includes a snack and drink for your little one and hot drink for the adults. Often have a cake rota of the go – giving a bonus treat for the grown ups. Range of toys available including a slide, trampoline, water play station and sand pit. A lovely way for you and your little one to make friends in the area. Thurs am 10am – 12pm at at The Old Endowed School (Rodborough)
