Silk Gymnastics are a family run business. Their number one goal is that your children are firstly safe and secondly happy and having fun whilst learning a sport that is forever growing in popularity, helping maintain fitness and lending it’s skills to other sports. There are a wide range of gymnastic classes from toddlers to acrobatic, primary school age to teens.
Gym 4 Tots is a special class perfect for toddlers from the age of 2+ years. Running on a Wednesday morning from 10am to 10:45am.
This is a parent and toddler class, with the parent’s taking their toddler around the different apparatus. There is a structured warm-up, dance and guidance from a qualified coach throughout. These classes are themed monthly (e.g. Superheroes).
